Liquid Painting Process is used to provide high quality finishing. It is applied on metals, plastic & on wooden components. High quality painting is a multi-layered process that allows wet on wet or bake on bake options. A typical line may be consisting of primer coat followed by top coat and can be followed by clear/ lacquer coat.

KSW offers different kind of liquid painting booths, with Wet Type Liquid Paint Booth and Dry Type Liquid Paint Booth for Automotive Components, Railway Wagon Painting Booth, Touch Up Booths and Car Painting Booths. The system shall be provided with Side Draft and Down Draft system.
